The Baker-Lowe Scholars Program of the Lowe Institute of Political Economy is designed for juniors and seniors majoring in economics and allied fields with interests in public affairs and political economy. Recipients of the awards will research a selected public policy issue for presentation at the spring Board of Governors meeting.  Recent topics can be found here. The institute provides research supervision and assistance.  Recipients elect to receive either a $2,500 cash stipend or ½ course credit.
